Secure Hosting Platform
Data Importer uses Render, which is a secure hosting platform for our servers (located in Germany). Render uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) provided by Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL to encrypt data at rest and during transfer, using 256-bit encryption. Render provides fully managed TLS certificates and redirects all HTTP requests to HTTPS so that users’ security is never compromised. AirPipe’s servers support TLS v1.2 and above, providing secure communications over our network. Render also backs up databases on a daily basis to prevent data loss, retaining all backups for at least 7 days.
Hosting Regions
All data hosted by Data Importer is in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) and GDPR compliant.
Pre-Built Connectors
We provide pre-built connectors that allow users to connect to their business application (e.g. Meta Marketing) via their API services. Authentication with these services is managed securely using the Oauth2 flows provided by the business platforms. Access tokens are refreshed regularly.
As part of this, we send request data to application api urls in order for users to fetch data back to be imported into monday.com
Pre-Built Connector Permissions
Wherever possible, Data Importer will only request the minimum and necessary read-only permissions during authentication with source applications.
In the rare cases that an application only provides read and write permissions together, we will never perform any write functions on the application. We only read data for the purposes of importing it into monday.com.
No application data is ever stored on Data Importer's servers. We only transfer data between the source application and monday.com.
Commitment to Google's Limited Use Policy
Data Importer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use require ments.
Data Storage
We do not store any of the imported data on our servers. All fetched data is loaded and stored directly on monday.com.
