In this tutorial, we'll show how you can integrate your Shopify store with monday using an app called Data Importer.
Install the Data Importer app for monday.com

You can install the Data Importer app from the monday.com app marketplace.

Once you’ve installed the app, you can return back to your board, then press then press the add view button.

Select the ‘Board views’ dropdown, press ‘Apps’ then select the ‘Data Importer’ app. This will load a new board view with the Data Importer app.
Connect to your Shopify Store
1. Select the Shopify application from the dropdown list, then press the blue Connect button.
2. You will be navigated to the Shopify app store. Sign in to the store you want to import from, and then install the Data Importer app into your store.
3. Once installed, you will be automatically redirected back to Data Importer's app listing page. You have two options from here:

Just click back to the original board tab that you were using before to pick up from where you left off.

Or, press the sign in to install and just navigate to your board from there.
Set-up your Shopify Integration
1. Now that you've authenticated your Shopify store, we can select the fields and date range that you want to import for. You can select from various fields related to the Order and the Order's items.
2. You can either import into a new board or an existing board. If you want to import into an existing board, check out this tutorial on how you can map your new fields to your existing columns.
3. When importing, you can choose to split your data in a couple ways:

Order: Choose this if you're only selecting fields related to the order

Item: Choose this is if you're also importing fields related to the order's items. E.g. item price, item title etc.
Press Run and View Your Data

Once you’ve filled out all the required fields, press the blue Run button.

When the run is complete, press the button to view the board. You’ll see your new board that now contains your newly imported Shopify order data.
Automatically sync your Shopify Orders with your monday.com board
Now that you know how to import Shopify orders into an existing monday board, you can automate your imports by using Data Importer's scheduler. This means your boards will automatically refresh with the latest data, even when you're offline or not signed into monday.com
You can customise the schedule by frequency, days of import, time and timezone.
You can view all your scheduled imports in one table from all of your applications.
